Launa Adolph is a Senior Associate at Matern Law Group, PC, where she leads one of the firm’s employment litigation teams. Ms. Adolph’s practice focuses on wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act cases on behalf of employees for failure to provide meal and rest breaks, failure to pay overtime and minimum wages, wage statement violations, and unreimbursed business expenses. She has over 15 years of experience representing clients in wage-and-hour and consumer class actions and other complex litigation in state and federal courts. She has successfully certified numerous class actions and recently was part of the trial team in a certified wage-and-hour class action alleging claims for failure to pay overtime wages.
Ms. Adolph’s work has led her to be recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2014, and as a Southern California Rising Star in 2013.
