Biography

Irina Kirnosova’s practice involves representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. She has experience with single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts. Ms. Kirnosova has handled wage and hour class actions involving claims relating to overtime, meal and rest breaks, and improper wage statements.

Ms. Kirnosova has also represented employees in harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and wrongful termination cases.
